Excerpt from Articles of Association, by-Laws, House Rules, Names of Members 1. The amount of capital stock of this corporation shall be ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) divided into two hundred (200) 1910 shares of fifty dollars ($50.00) each, for which See Page certificates shall be issued, signed by the President and Treasurer, upon payment of the par value thereof, but which stock shall not be entitled at any time to the payment of any dividends. 2. The stock of the Club and the certificates issued therefore may only be sold, assigned and transferred by the Club for the benefit of the owner as hereinafter provided, and only to persons who are incorporators hereof, or who have been duly elected as active members of the Club. If the stock of any member is sold or attempted to be sold to any person not so duly elected an active member the assignee of such stock shall not be entitled to any of the rights or privileges of membership, or to vote at any meeting, or have any interest in the property of the Club, or in any way or manner undertake to control or interfere with its affairs.
